1. Remove filler
cap on the lower tank
2. Pour ONE GALLON
of flush, provided by machine distributor, in tank, DO NOT OVER
FILL.
3.
Replace cap.
4. Determine
adapters needed, provided in the Classic Cool universal adapter
kit, attach them to the inlet and outlet ports on the part to
be flushed (condenser- evaporator)
5. Attach female
quick couplers to the adapters; insert male adapters into the
female quick couplers on the machine.
6. Attach female
air hose coupler to male end of the air shut off valve. (SHUT
OFF VALVE MUST BE CLOSED).
7. Open air valve
slowly, until fully open. The flush will flow through the part
and into the top tank.
8. Close the air
valve completely. Air will vent through the pressure relief
valve on the filler tank and through the air vent on the top
tank. When the pressure is relived (about 15 seconds) the flush
will automatically return to the bottom tank. You can either
flush the part again or switch the hoses attached to the machine
and back flush the part.
9. When flushing
is complete and the flush has returned to the top tank, leave
the air valve open and air purge the part, at least 30 minutes.
10.
After air
purging the part; shut the air valve off, remove the air supply
hose; the flush will return to the lower tank. Remove the hoses
from the part flushed. The flush procedure is through.
11.
To change
flush! Place machine over an oil drain pan, must have one
gallon capacity, open drain valve. Used flush may be discarded
in used oil tank.*Replace flush filter after three flushings. If
part is exceptionally dirty, (can be observed through
transparent hoses) replace after flushing.
12.
It is suggested
the flush be changed after each use.
13.
* Flush must be
discarded according to your local and state regulations
